Nature of the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bhggo ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user of the platform ("you", "user"). These terms apply to the bhggo website, mobile application, and all related services.

Along with these terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy apply equally and are considered an inseparable part of these terms.

Language and Interpretation

These terms are written in Bengali. In case of any ambiguity or dispute, the interpretation of bhggo authorities will be considered final. If a user does not understand any part of the terms, they may seek help from the support team.

Age Limit and Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age at the time of registration. For those aged 21 and above only.
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not legally prohibited.
• You must create the account in your own name, for yourself, and on your own initiative.
• Registration is not permitted for anyone under any form of mental or legal incapacity.
• Any person previously banned by bhggo authorities may not register again.

Registration Process and Accuracy of Information

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Your actual full name (as per national ID card or passport)
• Valid mobile number and email address
• Correct date of birth
• Current residential address

If false or misleading information is provided, bhggo has the right to immediately close the account and forfeit deposited funds.

Identity Verification (KYC)

bhggo may request identity verification from a user at any time. The following documents may be required:

• Scanned copy of National ID Card (NID) or passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for proof of address)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the KYC process is completed.

Account Security

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all will be cancelled and any associated bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

• It is your responsibility to keep your login password secure and confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, notify bhggo support immediately.
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is not allowed.

Account Suspension and Closure

bhggo may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions
• Suspicion of fraud or deception
• Suspicious money laundering activity
• False identity or provision of misleading information
• Abuse of the bonus system

Users may also request closure of their account at any time. In that case, please contact the support team via live chat or email.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposited funds must come only from your own payment account. Third-party funds are not accepted.
• After a successful deposit, funds are generally added to the account instantly.
• If a deposit fails due to a technical issue, contact support with the transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.

• Additional verification may be requested for suspicious transactions.

Welcome Bonus

New members of bhggo have the opportunity to receive a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. The following conditions apply for this bonus:

• The bonus option must be active at the time of the first deposit to receive the bonus.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 10 times (10x) the bonus amount before withdrawing.
• The wagering requirement must be met within the specified time period from the date the bonus is received.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per member.
• If the wagering requirement is not met, the bonus and any winnings earned from the bonus will be forfeited.

General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions stated separately.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
• bhggo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.

VIP Cashback Program

bhggo's five-tier VIP program provides weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement is determined based on active participation and usage on the platform.

General Betting Rules

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, bhggo may decide to cancel or restart that round.
• Winnings obtained due to software or hardware errors may not be valid, and bhggo will make a decision after verification.
• bhggo reserves the right to declare the result of any game as final.
• The game provider's own rules and regulations will also apply.

Sports Betting

• When betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports events, the conditions at the start of the match will be considered the basis of the bet.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to bhggo's decision.
• Bets will be settled after the official result is announced.

List of Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform for the purpose of fraud, deception, or money laundering
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to influence or manipulate game results
• Harassing, intimidating, or misleading other users
• Using a third party's payment method or funds
• Providing false or misleading identity information
• Using the platform for commercial purposes or as a professional gambler
